Paintings and prints do not include frames.

I recommend you contact a local picture framer to arrange framing, and you'll be able to see and choose the exact style/material/colour of frame you want.

Original paintings ordered online are removed from the stretcher and then rolled into a protective cardboard tube for shipping.

If you want your painting to be left on the stretcher please Contact me first to get a special quote for shipping it on the stretcher.

Prints are rolled into protective cardboard tubes for shipping.

Shipping for paintings and prints takes 2-4 weeks depending on the destination and time of year. If your purchase is a gift I recommend ordering two months in advance just in case.

Someone will need to be home to sign for it when it arrives.

If your painting gets lost or damaged in transit you will need to contact the shipping company (usually Australia Post for products shipped within Australia) to make a claim.

Australia Post generally only insure items up to a value of $100. If you want an item over $100 to be fully insured in transit you need to purchase additional insurance at a cost of $2.50 for each $100 of value.

You can cancel an order before the item has been shipped less a 10% re-stocking charge.

Paintings and prints can be returned after they have been shipped to you less a re-stocking charge of between 30 to 50% of the price of the item. Contact me for more details.
